Where are you located?

Our warehouse facility is located at 3965 SE 45TH CT. #5, OCALA, FL 34480. 

What's your turn around time?

Our processing time is 1-2 business days, this is the time it takes for us to receive your order, pack and prep it for shipment. After the order has shipped it takes about 3-5 business to be delivered. Priority mail takes about 1-3 business days

How long does shipping take?

We ship only through USPS. The shipping delivery time follows USPS schedule which is - First class package (3-5 business days). Priority (1-3 business days).

Do we get shipping information?

Yes. All orders receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation once your order ships. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship worldwide. If for any reason you have an error during checkout adding your shipping address please contact us so we can add your location to our shipping zone.

Are payments secure?

All payments are 100% secure. We do not share any information we collect during processing orders. Also, no payment is ever stored in our system for data.

Where do you ship your items from? 

Our items ship directly from our warehouse facility located in Ocala, FL.

Are your items hand made?

My Baby Steps is a Boutique that features items from vendors, retailers, and suppliers from all over the place. We DO NOT make any of our apparel and we DO NOT customize any of our items unless noted in the description. However, many of the accessories are hand-made directly from our warehouse facility.

I need to change the shipping address on an order, how do I go about it?

Just contact us within 24 hours from placing the order and we will correct it for you, worry free!

I need to cancel an order, how do I go about that?

We understand how important your order is, and we try to fulfill the orders as quickly as possible. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed, no exceptions

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns ONLY for 7 days after your purchase was delivered. An only Store credit or Item Exchange is issued for returns. NO REFUNDS. Please view our Returns tab for more information.
